Telescope Making Workshop at Gobordanga Renaissance Institute

 Galileo Astronomical Observatory ( 21.83N, 87.76E) is going to organise a telescope making workshop with the help of Gobordanga Renaissance Institute. There have not any age limits for the participants, so everyone who have interest on practical astronomy can join this workshop. The workshop will be held on 9th October, 2023. Each participant will make a real workings telescope (60mm refractor) and will enjoy the skywatching. This will be second telescope making workshop organised by Galileo Astronomical Observatory. In this workshop , Gobordanga Renaissance Institute have a great role to fulfill the workshop. This institution is a fifty years old institute for science and society. We think 30 plus participants will join the workshop. Last date of registration via phone call is 24th September.
